Join us starting November 15th, Coach Mark Shropshire will take you on an 8 week journey to build the muscle and strength you’ve always wanted. You’ll follow our proven A/B training plan which features Mark’s 4 shred system steps.
You’ll train heavily 3x a week and then be expected to follow the optimization and recovery plan on the ‘off days’. You’ll be coached through the entire program with weekly contact with Mark and ongoing group video coaching sessions.
