		Newbie QuestionHi Everyone, Just joined OSI online yesterday! I am a 61-year-old male distance runner returning to running after a 3-month layoff due to a hamstring injury. I have done bodyweight and dumbbell strengthening exercises during that time and am pain-free now. I found OS by way of Dan John. I saw a video on the OS website where it answered the question: How often should I do OS? The video talked about doing OS a certain number of times per week was ‘good’, a certain number of times was ‘better’, and a certain number of times was ‘best’. I wanted to watch it again but can’t find the video! I would appreciate any and all help as I figure out how often to do OS. Thanks!
