    Hi, I’m PJ! I help individuals restore their physical fitness back to where it was earlier in life. I’m an expert in physical wellness, having completed 500 hours of yoga training, and am a certified Original Strength™ Pro. My focus is on strength and mobility, and I help my clients experience diminished pain and stiffness, so they can get back to their normal lives and perform everyday tasks with more ease. I also specialize in working with individuals who suffer from chronic pain issues or physically limiting medical conditions, including Parkinson’s Disease, through my personal training programs. Before I began in this line of work, I had a 30-year career in the music industry. As a result of years of sitting behind my computer screen and working in a sedentary business environment, my body felt the toll. This led to a big decision and an even bigger need to start living and moving differently. Realizing how much could be accomplished in just 2 weeks of simple functional movement, I made a huge career shift and, at age 50, I began my life’s mission passion — to help people regain strength, remove physical limitations, and restore their confidence.
