Up In The Clubs is a 30min restorative and fun movement break combining Original Strength RESETS with Indian Clubs lead by Coach Kelly Manzone.

There’s no denying the positive health benefits of taking a few minutes to RESET...As we approach the end of 2020 (it’s been rough year, ehh!) more now than ever, our bodies need feel good movements to help us recover both physically and mentally.

UP IN THE CLUBS is a 30min movement break combining OS RESETS with Indian Clubs to mobilize the body and stimulate the central nervous system. Those familiar with Original Strength are already aware of the many health benefits of tying in the X of the body, crossing the mid-line and incorporating contralateral movements.

The addition of Indian Clubs (Circular Training) compliments RESETS by adding physical and neurological feedback with a little load as it challenges dexterity/grip and coordination while moving through all planes of motion. It’s important to note, this course will focus on club basics (and is progressive). Perfect for beginners  as well as those with experience

Humans have long been fascinated by circles. There’s no denying that you’ll feel a sense of zen meditation once you start creating a series of spirals and circles with & around the body.
