UP IN THE CLUBS is a 30min movement break combining OS RESETS with Indian Clubs to mobilize the body and stimulate the central nervous system. Those familiar with Original Strength are already aware of the many health benefits of tying in the X of the body, crossing the mid-line and incorporating contralateral movements.
The addition of Indian Clubs (Circular Training) compliments RESETS by adding physical and neurological feedback with a little load as it challenges dexterity/grip and coordination while moving through all planes of motion. It’s important to note, this course will focus on club basics (and is progressive). Perfect for beginners as well as those with experience
