This 6 week program uses the Original Strength “Resets” to allow your body to move more freely. It’s time to remove the limitations and build strength and mobility for everyday living and improved performance.
This program was originally designed by Coach Chris to help his Jiu Jitsu athletes but we quickly realized this program was great for any body wanting to move better, and feel better.
HOW IT WORKS:
- Each week you'll receive access to 2 instructional RESET video workouts.
- You will alternate doing these two videos during the week.
- Many will do this program 5-6 days a week, however you can do it as little or often as you'd like.
- Each session takes about 25 minutes to complete.
- A session may also be completed throughout the day, instead of all at once.
- Program works well with other training plans or as a standalone program.
- Program is great for all ages and modifications are suggested based on your needs.
- Modifications may be needed if you are uncomfortable on your hands and knees on the floor.
- Communication will take place via email, group call, and takes place on a private Facebook group.
- You'll receive lifetime access to the Unlock Your Body Program on Osi-online.
