Join Coach John for a 30 minute introduction to becoming Crashproof.💥 We'll get you moving and playing in ways that work on:

  • building reflexive strength
  • mastering transitional movements
  • engaging rolling, reactiveness and tumbling drills
  • solid gait patterning
  • balance work
  • and increasing power and strength

This program is restorative and will undoubtedly help fill in the gaps that may exist in your current training and strengthen any weak links that may exist in your body. In other words, Crash Proof can also improve your performance with your current training modality.

*Upon registration for the session you'll receive your Zoom link to join the class.  All are welcome.

Limited time recording will be shared within 24 hours the completion of the session via email to all those that registered.
